YOU WOULD BE A FOOL TO GO ELSEWHERE. Billy and his worker moved me from the Orlando Area to the St. Lucie County area in August 2025. I cannot say enough about the experience and If I could give 100 Starts I would. First, Billy is a seasoned professional in the art of moving. He gives great customer service and answers all questions fully, not being satisfied until you understand it all. He is very transparent and there are ZERO surprises along the way. Obviously moving is not a cheap thing but I found his prices to be very affordable and when booking directly versus through a 3rd party referal service, it's even cheaper. I admittingly am a stickler for perfection. I had wood floors in both places and I wanted a hassle free, damage free move. That is excatly what I got. He treated my property and my floors as if they were his own. They also were cerful not to let my dog sneak out. They were fast too. They clearly have a process of loading and unloading that works efficiently. They DID NOT MILK IT EITHER like some movers have done to me in the past at other locations. Thank you guys. Family Movers were amazing! Billy and Tom were extremely hard working from beginning until the job was done. Handled furniture and boxes with care. Moved in, two 16' Pack Rat containers. They offered to put together the desks, bed frames & china cabinets. Above & beyond offering to place the Christmas boxes in the attic. Definitely would recommend to family and friends.

Billy and his team was absolutely amazing! The booking process was quick and easy! He confirmed all details the day before and they arrived to the location on time. What I loved most about Billy’s service was that it was extremely efficient! The job was paid by the hour and I didn’t sense any “milking.” The did the job with integrity and the highest level of professionalism. To put the cherry on top Billy gave me a 10% military discount. We couldn't have asked for better movers. Billy and James were quick, careful with our stuff, and friendly. When we realized our pod wasn't big enough for all our stuff, they were kind enough to come back with their truck, totally unplanned, to load the rest and take it to storage. Really saved the day! Plus, they were careful around my one-year-old, always looking around and making sure she was out of the way. We aren't planning to move again anytime soon, but if we were, we would hire them again.
